Look for the activation sticker on your card. Visit the URL printed on it or call the number provided. Have your card number and personal information ready.

Step 2: Register Your Card

Register at vanillaprepaid.com to enable online purchases and phone orders. You'll need to provide your name, billing address, and postal code.

Step 3: Use Your Card

  • Use anywhere Visa or Mastercard is accepted in Canada
  • Online: use your registered name, address, and postal code as billing info
  • In-store: swipe or tap like any debit/credit card
  • Phone orders: provide your card number, expiry, and CVV

⚠️ Important Tips

  • Always register your postal code before making online purchases
  • Keep track of your remaining balance to avoid declined transactions
  • Card expires — check the expiry date printed on the front
  • Lost or stolen cards: call 1-833-322-6760 immediately
